Defaced law, turned scarecrow!!!

Political parties always possess the simulation; they are the only faithful law abiders. Leaders are always very keen in advising its fellow followers to constrain to the boundaries of law, at any cost. In fact what is happening?  I speculate that an incident pointing this is worthy to be explained.

Pavements paved for public, not for meetings.SC

A Supreme Court bench of D.K.Jain and H.L.Dattu agreed with the judgment issued by the Kerala high court last year prohibiting the political meetings in the pavements and in raods.SC viewed that the pavements are for the public use and not for the political meetings.
The Kerala government filed an appeal against the high court judgment dated June 23 at Supreme Court arguing that the judiciary is challenging the rights of the executive and also the rights of freedom of expression. The government pleader argued that the meetings were arranged only after consulting the police officials and the free flow of traffic was allowed.
The Kerala government is upset with the SC judgment, as it will decrease the parties scope of reaching the public in junctions which was an influential strategy followed by political parties. Along with the ruling CPI (m) BJP also protested against the judgment of SC
As the matter of fact is that while a meeting was conducted in a junction or nearby pavements, the political activists will transform themselves as traffic police to block the vehicles which create disturbance for the smooth functioning of the meeting. The meetings were a real disturbance for the free flow of travelling of public, but the problem is not applicable if the travelling person is an MLA ,minister or a political party leader.
The stretch of roads in Kerala, as we all know is very congested with abundance of vehicles with inappropriate land allocation. The widths of roads are very limited compared with other well known states like Tamilnadu and Karnataka. Along with the mentioning of congestion justice H.L.Dattu added that they are also considering the safety of people
What will be the situation if it allows the meetings here; it will definitely lead to big traffic problems and wastage of valuable time of the general people. The political parties and activists will never agree to this views as they are always selfish to attain their already set goals.
As a common man I m evaluating this opinion of justices D.K.Jain and H.L.Dattu as valid in the existing scenario of Kerala. The political parties may raise their sword against him but I am optimistic that most of the neutral public in Kerala will support them. In my opinion the judgment covered the public interest.
